Verizon Data $1.99 Charges Class Action

Verizon recently increased this data-usage charge to $9.99/month. Verizon consumers believe these charges are improper because these customers inadvertently accessed the Internet and didn't even browse or, in some cases, didn't even access the Internet at all.
