ConsumerInfo.com Credit Score Class Action
The consumer protection attorneys at Heins Mills & Olson are investigating consumer complaints involving ConsumerInfo.com's "credit score" sales. Consumers have reported that after paying to receive their "credit score" from www.consumerinfo.com, www.freecreditreport.com, or www.consumerinfo.com they do not receive an actual credit score used by lenders. Instead, the "credit score" consumers receive is created from a scoring system created by ConsumerInfo.com that is not used by lenders, as actual credit scores are, in determining consumers' creditworthiness.
