On January 4, 2011 the District Court for the District of New Jersey appointed Heins Mills & Olson interim Direct-Purchaser Plaintiffs' Co-Lead Counsel. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants conspired to fix prices for magnesium oxide sold in the United States.
