Lawn Mower Power Class Action

Consumers have alleged that these companies defrauded the public by misrepresenting and significantly overstating lawn mower horsepower and concealing, suppressing and failing to disclose material information concerning the true lawn mower horsepower. Some lawn mowers are sold under trade names such as Craftsman, Cub Cadet, Troy Bilt, Yard-Man, Yard Machines, Bolens, White Outdoor, Lawn-Boy, Exmark, Poulan, Poulan PRO, Weed Eater and Husqvarna.
