Ms. Kelly is a senior associate of the firm. She is currently working on complex civil cases, including In re Rail Freight Fuel Surcharge Antitrust Litigation (D.D.C.) (claims alleging conspiracy among major domestic railroads to fix prices for rail freight transportation); In re Iowa Ready-Mix Concrete Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Iowa); In re Florida Cement and Concrete Antitrust Litigation (S.D.F.L.) (price-fixing and market allocation claims against concrete producers in the state of Florida); Pastor Benjamin A. Johnson, et al. v. The Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, et al. (D. Minn.) (breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims against the ELCA and the ELCA Board of Pensions on behalf of retired pastors and church employees); In re Aftermarket Filters Antitrust Litigation, (MDL No. 1957 N.D. Ill.) (antitrust, consumer protection and unfair competition claims against leading manufacturers of replacement vehicle filters on behalf of indirect purchasers); In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Cal.) (price-fixing claims against manufacturers of cathode ray tubes); In re Publication Paper Antitrust Litigation (D. Conn.)(price-fixing claims against paper manufacturers); In re Lawnmower Engines Horsepower Marketing & Sales Practices Litigation (MDL No. 1999, E.D.Wis.) (consumer fraud and RICO claims against manufacturers of lawnmowers); In re Processed Egg Products Antitrust Litigation (E.D. Pa.) (price-fixing claims by direct purchasers against shell egg and processed egg producers); Behrend v. Comcast Corp. (E.D. Pa.) (antitrust claims against cable services provider on behalf of subscribers); In re Activated Carbon-Based Hunting Clothing Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation (MDL No. 2059 D. Minn.) (consumer fraud claims against A.L.S. Enterprises, Cabela's, and Gander Mountain for misrepresentations about their “Scent-Lok” products); In re Flat Glass Antitrust Litigation (MDL No. 1942 W.D. Pa.) (price-fixing claims against manufacturers of flat glass); McCray v. Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. (D. Del.) (price-fixing claims against the largest title insurers in Delaware); In re Flat Glass Antitrust Litigation (W.D. Pa.) (price-fixing claims against manufacturers of flat glass); and In re Guidant Corporation Implantable Defibrillators Products Liability Litigation (D. Minn.) (product liability claims on behalf of patients with implanted defibrillators). She has also worked on In re AOL Time Warner Securities Litigation (S.D.N.Y) (securities fraud claims against AOL and Time Warner on behalf of shareholders) and In re Fannie Mae Securities Litigation (D.D.C.) (securities fraud claims against Fannie Mae on behalf of its shareholders).

In law school Ms. Kelly was an Assistant Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review and volunteered in the pro bono program Street Law. She is currently a volunteer lawyer for the Volunteer Lawyers Network and is the president of the board of directors for HOME Line. Ms. Kelly recently presented a CLE on the ethics of electronic discovery titled Virtuous Discovery in the Virtual World.
